Description
Sometimes, users send SMS/MMS/USSD requests to unused service numbers or make voice calls to the unused IVR service numbers.
Under the unused service numbers means service numbers which are not allocated to any content provider and are not used by a network operator.
The network operator connects all unused network service numbers to Arsenal Media equipment and provides tariffing. When SMS/MMS/USSD request comes to an unused service number, a subscriber gets a humor content and link (URL) for information and entertainment content. When a voice call comes, a subscriber gets to the IVR entertainment portal, where they can listen to a wide range of humor and jokes.
A network operator uses these service numbers until applying for any of them, when the operator disconnects it from the Arsenal Media equipment. When it shifts to the unused number status again, it connects to the Arsenal Media equipment again as well.
This service is already running on the network of Russia’s NTK, Akos and other operators. An operator with 1 million subscribers gets the average revenue per month of about 800-900 thousand RUB without VAT.
During the service experience, there was solved all of the issues on customer loyalty, and there is almost no calls to call-centers on it.
